If you subscribe to our launch notification list, we collect your email address. We use this solely to notify you when Saferwager launches and for occasional project updates. If you contact us by email, we retain your message and email address for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and for our records.

Public register data

Saferwager publishes information about individuals in their capacity as company directors, officers, and persons with significant control. This data is sourced from the UK Gambling Commission's public licence register and Companies House, both of which are public records maintained by UK government bodies.

Our lawful basis for processing this personal data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of UK GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in publishing regulatory transparency data that serves the public interest. The individuals whose data we publish hold positions of responsibility within regulated gambling companies, and the information we present is already part of the public record.
